[svlug] Update on photo processing

I've been trying out the trial version of bibble pro, which runs on
linux mac and windows. There are various things it does which I don't
find intuitively obvious, but as I RTFM and learn how to make it jump
through hoops, it does seem to do a good job and is worth the $130 the
full version will cost.

Someone recently told me about another commercial program, for about
the same amount, that IIRC runs on Linux (though it may be a mac) but
I don't remember who it was, so I'm having trouble tracking down the
link. That other program was also about $130-140.
