I don't think so... to me, that description reads that the copper UTP 
ports are 10/100, and the fiber ports are gigabit.  You're still likely 
to get decent performance out of 100Mbps, though -- not as good as 
firewire or gigabit, certainly, but much better than the 700kbps you 
were getting with the 10Mbps hub.  Give it a try and see if that's 
acceptable.  If not, dig in your junk pile a bit more, or shell out $30 
for a new switch ^_~.
