I have a really bad habit of being in a rush and forgetting to include the
direct link and all I can really say is that it is a foible of mine and I do
apologize to the list for the repeated error on my behalf.  I need to make
it a habit of inserting the direct link first thing, so that I don't
accidentally rush off and send out an email without the direct link.  And I
do appreciate Rick Moen correcting my error and posting the original link.
