There's the gBook from Everex:

It's runs gOS, which is Ubuntu 7.10.  I don't have one.  But if it's
anything like the gPC, which I do have, you can type 'apt-get install
ubuntu-desktop' for the "normal" Ubuntu experience or install Ubuntu
from scratch.
