[svlug] using Comcast modem and a Linksys router?

I have a dLink router serving my systems from a Comcast cable modem. It
works with Linux and windoze flavors. The the router provides DHCP. I
didn't need nor ask Comcast for anything. Hook it up and see if it works.
The router has to be configured. Usually you see routers at
192.168.0.1with a user and password of "admin" but your mileage may
vary.
