[svlug] frozen bubble won't allow me to maximize screen

So cntrl-alt-F1 gets me to the shell, but I don't know the volume up and
volume down commands.  Do you know what those commands are, Paul?  Thanks
either way.

The nice thing about using cntrl-alt-F1 is that it gets you to the shell
without interrupting the full-screen game play.  So volume control will
work, once I figure out what the commands are.

But it would also be nice to know how to toggle back and forth between full
screen and a window.
