[svlug] frozen bubble won't allow me to maximize screen

The only problem with using the CLI only for this task is that I am missing
volume control and I am compelled to -- gasp -- get out of my chair to
adjust volume, as I have no ability to toggle back and forth between full
screen and windows, hence no access to volume control, and i am forced to
use hard volume control on the speakers.
