[svlug] launchpad e-mails (was: interrupted ubuntu update)

If you submit a new bug report or post to an existing bug report, then
you are automatically subscribed to that bug.  If you view a bug page
and click on the Subscribe link on the left side, it will display this
message:

"If you subscribe to a bug it shows up on your personal pages, you
receive copies of all comments by email, and notification of any
changes to the status of the bug upstream and in different
distributions."

If you no longer wish to get e-mail updates from launchpad for that
bug, click on the "Unsubscribe" link on the left side of the bug page.
