Apparently some Brits, seeing the low Dollar, have gotten the crazy idea
to launch another British Invasion (what is this, like, the 4th?).

If it wasn't Ben, maybe it was David Schleef that sealed it for me.
David is a GStreamer hacker and will be talking about codecs and
multimedia. 

If it wasn't Ben, maybe it was that about 20% of the speakers are women.
Women produce almost 100% of the humans in the United States. Way to go
women! :)  (OK, I know, Jeremy Allison isn't a woman.)

(OK, OK. Val Henson hacks on the Linux kernel and filesystems, and is a
popular speaker on supporting women in open source.)

Apparently at this time they are only accepting pounds sterling over the
iternet.  Silly luggers.
