[svlug] OLPC Sugar in Debian packages

The Debian packages for OLPC XO software are now functional, and can
be installed with apt-get in the usual manner, once you tell it where
to look. RPMs have been available for some time, of course.

Another 150 or so XO software bundles that have not been put into
Debian packages are available.
