it seems that shipping should be less, but there seems to be
shenanigans played with the shipping price according to posts on that
forum.

The OD ad that I saw makes no mention of shipping costs or whether the
product is ship-to-store only at all. Seems to me to be a bait and
switch tactic, somewhat.

not to mention the pre-rebate tax and recycling fees added in, just
doesn't seem to be the great deal it is.
