Pbase anyone?

It is not free but fairly inexpensive as photography goes:
* $23 yearly for 500 Megabytes of photo storage.
* $60 yearly for 1500 Megabytes of photo storage.

What do you guys think of the http://pbase.com photo hosting site?
Seems to be mostly running on FOSS -- Red Hat Linux, Apache, custom
(maybe not open source, don't know) Perl scrips, phpBB forum, etc.:

I don't have any photo collections online anywhere myself. But I'm
interested in this topic. As for Pbase, an ESL teacher I know uses it
for his public facing family photos. I looked at it and felt it nicely
uncluttered. Tasteful. I like Pbase's absence of advertising and
marketing.
