Thanks, everyone, for the insights into this potentially significant
event.  It still remains to be seen if both the SEC and the EU will
voice approvals for the acquisition; that, to me, is the outstanding
question.

Regarding the sensibility of the strategy on MS's part... My take is
that this merger makes as much or more sense than anything else MS's
done over the past decade... which really isn't saying much.
