heh.  Apparently, the Yahoo Board is not overjoyed with the idea, and if you
read Microsoft's announcement, you will see that there is a very prickly
tone to it.  This is not a friendly transaction.  It will be interesting to
see if the Yahoo Board approves it.  They are not happy about it.  This is a
shotgun wedding.  It will probably happen, but the bride will not be happy
in the marriage.
