I downloaded Guest Additions, and I hit cntrl-F and that seemed to work. I
was a little pressed for time, and so I could not fully test it, but it does
seem to take up the whole screen, with no hint of Ubuntu. That was
satisfactory. I think I then hit cntrl-F again and I was able once again go
back into Ubuntu.
