[svlug] [conspire] Ubuntu 7.10

That mirror would be at the University of Sherbrooke, not Sherborne.  I used
to drive by that area all the time on the way from McGill (Montreal) back
home to Boston.  Not to mention the fact that it used to be my primary
mirror for all things Debian and Ubuntu.
