Some highlights:

- BAGELS!  Google came through in a huge way so I'll be able to
provide food for events like this going forward.  I'll be stopping at
the Regal Bagel and getting a bunch of bagels, bagel sandwiches, cream
cheese, and such.

- I'll have the One-Laptop-Per-Child XO unit there for people to use /
try / take-pictures-with / blog-about or actually test/debug their own
open source software on the unit.  EXPLORING WELCOME!  if you want to
have a pre-first-time-usage clue, a good place to start is

- Lego Mindstorms robot kit - I haven't figured out how to program
them from Linux... but they rock using the Window's based IDE.  I'll
bring the kit if I remember (or someone wants to check it out enough
that they email me back to _really_ make sure I bring it)

- Ross will be there, undoubtedly unique musical entertainment - one
time he had Elvis songs sung in Latin... who knows what tomorrow will
bring?

- MOST IMPORTANTLY - At tomorrow's installfest, you'll get to find out
whether I really shaved my head or not! :-)
