I think I'd describe Rick, just what I know of him 
on this list, as a "lovable old curmudgeon."

He often points me to articles he has written and 
other resources that are always helpful or at the 
very least interesting and educational.

Email can be a tough way to express yourself and 
get the right tone and emotion across...

...unless you're a talented, accomplished award 
winning writer such as myself.
