No, they haven't posted the list, because if they did, the race would be
on to knock down all those patents (or observe that the USPTO granted the
same patent to multiple parties) and work around the rest. A recent
Supreme Court decision makes it much easier to get a patent tossed out on
the grounds of obviousness. It can still be an expensive proposition,
but now that big money is behind Linux, the money is available. Also,
Microsoft's own software, no doubt, infringes several hundred patents
as well.
