How much do we know about the facts of the case? It seems to me that
all we really know is that he developed a Linux filesystem and is
accused of killing his wife. Does our support for the former imply
that he didn't do the latter? I'm not saying he shouldn't be presumed
innocent until proven guilty (any more or less so than the average
non-Linux-developer who is accused of murder), but I fail to see why
Linux users should automatically feel a need to support his case in a
criminal proceeding that has nothing to do with Linux.
Unless, that is, y'all know him personally (I don't) and believe he's
not the sort who could do such a thing? Personally, I'm neutral and
will wait and see what the outcome of the case is.
