To add to that list:  SWFTools (http://www.swftools.org/), swfmill w/ MTASC.

Also, OpenOffice.org can also export presentations and drawings to .swf.

Support for post-v. 6 features can be done only through
reverse-engineering, on account of Adobe's restrictions on the
specifications documents for the main format variants.
