etch (testing) should already be in freez.
etch already have security support.
etch offer official support for amd64.

Some proprietary software, notably skype (one more reason to stick
with SIP) and Flash (one more reason to hate it) aren't yet available
for amd64.
If you really need those stuff I've heard someone successfully
running them in a 32bit chroot. I never tried.
