[svlug] More on OpenVPN

Hey all,

I'm not sure if my other message about trying to get 
  OpenVPN going went through or not, but I don't 
want to bomb the list in case it did.

One quick question: if OpenVPN is running properly 
on the server and listening on port 1194 as it 
should would I be able to test the port with

telnet {hostname} 1194

...or is OpenVPN not going to respond to that?
