[svlug] boops request through browser from techweb?

For several days, when visiting techweb, (techweb, informationweek,
and zdnet,) with firefox, my firewall has picked up bootps/67
broadcast requests to 255.255.255.255 from the machine running the
browser.

I don't use DHCP, (all IPs on the LAN are static in private address
space through NAT to Comcast,) and the firewalls on all machines are
pretty tight-that's how it was picked up.

Its very repeatable.

Anyone have any idea what they are up to?
