[svlug] bind 9.2 9.3 reverse DNS subnets

I don't believe anything has changed.  Did you tcpdump to make sure the query 
was making it to the server?  Also, you're not being bitten by the chroot 
version of the config files by chance?  and of course, named is actually 
running on the server in question right?  And your ISP has delegated the /27 
properly?
