[svlug] bind 9.2 9.3 reverse DNS subnets

Anybody knows if there were any changes in the way Bind 9.3 handles 
reverse DNS for subnets (subdomains of in-addr.arpa)?

I've a bind 9.3.1 (Fedora) handling the reverse DNS for a /26 network 
and it works fine.
I've a bind 9.2.4 (CentOS 4.4) handling reverse for a /27, identical 
configuration except different addresses, and it's not working. I do 
"dig @localhost some-ip-address.in-addr.arpa PTR" and it does not 
answer, there's no answer section in the output. There are no clues in 
the logs.

This is very frustrating - identical configs, different behavior.
