I read several post but didn't find anything interesting.
If you're referring to some problem with some Maxtor?? drivers and
Nvidia4... well I knew it and bought WD (nothing to be proud of).
I didn't even know that ati drivers were so buggy.
I've to admit my consciousness grew up with time and in the past I
didn't consider all aspect when buying nvidia video boards, anyway,
last time I did so was because there wasn't any better choice to drive
my monitor in 1920x1200 and I had a vague interest in multi core CPU.
At this moment anyway at least all the amd/nvidia desktop boxes are
running pretty fine and for what they have to do they cost the
right price.

I think it has some drawback on power consumption... and yeah for
other things it would be a Good Thing.
