Just in case people aren't aware:  Many people believe Alfresco's
published claims of being open source (http://www.alfresco.com/).
Unfortunately, the claim is deceptive:  Their code is under a
(proprietary) licence that is "based on the Mozilla Public License
(MPL)", i.e., MPL 1.1 with an addendum section designed, in my opinion,
to impair third-party commercial use and motivate such users to purchase
separate commercial licences (which option they talk about here:
http://dev.alfresco.com/legal/licensing/ ).

and the challenge they pose to genuine open source:
