Maybe statements like the one above with the undertone of nastiness
are why I don't want to be part of SVLUG anymore.
I gave the group almost four weeks of warning for the next
installfest, and I am still hosting the next kernel walkthrough on Jan
15. I did that specifically to give SVLUG enough time to make other
plans. I am in no way obligated to find the next host, and I think
that I have given the group more than ample warning of my decision and
the consequences (as I saw them) of my decision.
