I don't blame Warren for leaving.

Rick - although you have a good 'personal' observation, it doesn't  
seem constructive for building up the group into a better organization.

There is way to much in-fighting that occurs on this list and I  
believe it is due in part to the relative comfort of sitting behind a  
keyboard typing away that allows us the level of freedom to more  
express our true feelings than temper them a bit  in the sake of being  
a team striving towards a goal.

Much like the way we like to yell at bad drivers and curse them out  
from our cars - but would probably take a more civil approach if face  
to face with that person in a parking lot.  Much easier to be rude  
when it is an impersonal mode of communications.  Proof of this is  
that the level of civility at meetings seems to be on par with where  
we should be on this list.  You might not like the opinions, but  
personal attacks are not the norm there.

If this was not a volunteer based organization, and was a business -  
some of you would have been shown the door a long time ago.
