[svlug] $400 ultraportable linux boxes

What I'm thinking of is something I can download my poetry onto (as plain
ASCII *.txt files?) so I don't have to carry a heavy and hard-to-search
pile of papers around to readings.

I would probably end up also using it for taking notes and such, but not
in such volume that would make the keyboard a major issue.

I'd been leaning toward the OLPC machine.  Would something else be better?
