Is the standard desktop menu in there?

I'm running KDE 3.5.7, and ~/.kde/share/config/kdesktoprc does not
contain the desktop menu, only this:

[Mouse Buttons]
Left=
Middle=WindowListMenu
Right=DesktopMenu
