Robert's Rules are highly recommended. (Many/most corporate BODs
deliberate as per the rules, not to mention share holder
meetings-which are recognized as a legal transaction.)

One of the outcomes of the current affair will probably be a BOD or
council/body that determines the strategic agenda of
SVLUG-specifically avoiding the prevailing, (personal,) differences of
opinion.
