[svlug] getting to konsole in kde

Since time immemorial clicking on the background in X would call up a
menu which had, as one of its items, a console. This makes perfect
sense because the whole point of X is to be able to run multiple
consoles on the same screen.

However, in kubuntu, they've take konsole out of the menu. It has
Create new, Run Command, paste clipboard, but no konsole. I've tried
finding the configuration file for this, but haven't had any luck.

Can someone point me to the file I need to edit to fix this bug?
