[svlug] USB temperature sensor

Anybody using a USB temperature sensor that works well?

I've found a few sensors on-line but I'm not sure how well they actually 
work on Linux, so I'm trying to find someone who's actually using these 
things.

Basically, I need a sensor that:
- is cheap
- works well with a reasonably recent kernel
- easy to read, ideally via a simple script
- doesn't require unusual software
It will be plugged into my server which is located in my living room, I 
want to use it to graph the room temperature with Munin.
