I am guessing that there wont be much participation(guessing by the
number of members in the flickr group).

Why not meet at a restaurant/starbucks to share notes/softwares this
weekend? get your laptops.. No big meetings/agenda(that can be scheduled
later).. just casual chat about photography/linux? (something called
BOF(birds of a feather) in BLUG(Bangalore LUG) terminology).
