I'm sensing a Linux-digital-photography SIG right around the corner.
We can...
- dovetail this into the installfests,
- dovetail this into the "fieldtrip" meetings (I'll use the plural
though we've only done one, to MontaVista, recently)
- maybe even give this and other SIGs separate mailinglists
...tweaking Picard's favorite phrase just a bit - "let's make it so!"
-pbr
P.S. - Sridhar - regarding transportation:
- someone can always swing by and pick you up; most SVLUGgers _do_
live close to Santa Clara
- We're just now setting up an SVLUG "carpool" mailinglist as a
service to anyone with similar needs to yours
