IMHO, this is a really good idea.  We might actually learn to just trust
each other by showing up, talking, and having a show of hands.  Really nice
and informal.

Structure is nice, but it takes a LOT of work to maintain rules and regs.
IMHO, in the context of this group, that is inefficient.
