It's great that you're willing to put in time and effort. I'm not
actually in charge, I was just the one that was first noticed to show
insufficient reluctance. John's got the lead now, and I'll be helping
him as he needs and I can. I'm sure he'll see this.
I tend to work at the other end of the clock myself. If I'm up at 4:30
AM I'm either towing my racecar to the track, haven't gone to bed yet,
or both.

I've tried to instigate a couple of informal planning sessions. It's a
bit tough for me to get to the meetings much earlier, hence my
suggestion of doing them afterwards.
John was talking about setting up some mailing lists that would
facilitate this sort of planning, but I'll let him make any
appropriate announcements.
