[svlug] Governance Discussion

I'll attend.

I suggest that we give our facilitator clear and specific authority to
keep the discussion on track. My ideas of an on-track discussion
include:

* Verify your understanding of what others say before arguing with it.
*People are entitled to their own opinions, but not to their own
facts. Please cite verifiable sources for alleged facts.
* No ad hominem arguments.
* No shouting.
* We can discuss the appropriateness of discussing politics during
regular meetings as long as we don't argue politics during this
meeting. Personally, I'll talk to anybody about almost anything, but
not necessarily during a meeting. If you must, I suggest taking it
outside. (I should take that last bit of advice more often myself.
