Who the freak cares?  The amount of lawyerly whining over good-faith
contributions that occurs on this list is staggering.

If someone comes to a meeting open to the public, makes a recording
and posts it to YouTube with the consent of the person hosting the
meeting and with the express intent to benefit the public at large
and the membership of the hosting organization, do you really think they
need to enter into "terms and conditions"?
Jeesh!  That's overkill.

Instead of insisting that Paul request better licensing of the
video content, why don't you just have him say "Thank you" to
Google for their nice service?

Also, this is exactly the type of common-sense decision that
SHOULD be made by a president on behalf of his organization.
