Maybe this should be the one exception to the "No Outsourcing" policy:  
Put SVLUG-Politics (or whatever you want to call it) on Yahoo or whatever.

For one thing, that would make it a lot harder for the SVLUG Powers That
Be to silence dissent.

It would also take a load off the main SVLUG lists, since this would make
it possible to say "Take that to the Politics list".

No vote should be needed.  Let whoever feels most strongly about it just
do it.
