Hi, Warren. The old (locally compiled from old CVS head code[1]) beta
version 2.1.6b4 of GNU Mailman we currently use doesn't include RFC 2369
List-Id: header support, though all new ones do.

For several reasons (which I can describe if you're curious), it's been
judged ill-advised to upgrade in place the software used on the current
host. Instead, the non-Mailman Web content (FQDN www.svlug.org) is
supposed to migrate to the Linode virthost, and SMTP + Mailman including
Mailman Web pages (FQDNs svlug.org and lists.svlug.org) are supposed to
migrate to a donated VA Linux Systems model 2230 2U at Via.Net. At that
point, the current all-services machine can be wiped and repurposed.

Unfortunately, we recently found out that SVLUG's model 2230 has been
diverted to a mysterious project at a member's house, thus accounting
for the fact (which the volunteers noticed) that the machine is no
longer online at Via.Net, so migration has stalled (again).

[1] The Exim4 MTA, sa-exim, and SpamAssassin software used on it were
likewise compiled locally from head-code checkouts, by the prior sysadmin.
