Well, I had checked it to the best of my abilities (and time)
and left all the old stuff around just in case I missed anything
or someone caught it later.  And I had asked everyone to check
if they had a chance and let me know if they found any mistakes. 
*shrug*  Best I could do at the time.

Not sure I recall that... regardless, depending on the size of a
site, sometimes that's not feasable --- depending on the url and
how often you change the site.  But, regardless, at the least we
should be sure that anything substantial is not difficult to
find.
