the current vp candidate present a writeup ( running platform ) too ??

still somewhere in the archives, there is a job description
of the officers, and bylaws, etc..

it should help resolve some of the current discussions
vs "re-inventing" the wheel from scratch

2nd worst case, sbay.org has a copy of it when they were doing
all these types of documents for svlug 

worst cast would be reinventing it w/o a template to start from
