it's changed from *.shtml to *.php .. good and bad .. ??

it'd be nice for old *.shtml pages to redirect to the new files
instead of a blind 404 error to the end user

it'd also be nice to have svlug.org/policies ( any tree ) show 
a directory listing instead of blind 404 error

there's nothing secretive on the svlug.org server
