that would by default, if no one objects, that the vp election
is postponed to Jan's meeting to allow others to also "think about running"
and more importantly, for ed and warren to write their proposals
and speech and stance and upcoming changes etc

it is not written that the vote must be done in jan, and could be
voted in feb just as easyly
