If you need help putting together what amounts to a three-column HTML
table, I suppose I can spare the time.  I would likely ignore your
spreadsheet, except to grab its substantive comments.  Maintenance would
then be up to you.

However, since you are basically just keeping a list of people's e-mail
names, e-mail addresses, and times of availability, I rather think
you're overengineering the problem.

In any event, for the rest, just get a shell login on www.svlug.org, and
put your document of whatever type there.  If you honestly need
preparation help, I'm willing to do that on a one-time basis, though
this seems a very odd thing to ask.

I trust that you will be doing so in my case?  (I note that you have
not, at this writing.)

I beg your pardon?  I merely expressed an opinion from very long
experience with volunteer groups.
