The whole reason we are at this juncture is due to Paul's 'style' of            
leadership.  And given his sensitivity to feedback and general                  
defensiveness, I don't think it is currently possible for Paul to               
participate in this effort without it becoming yet another                      
confrontational, Paul knows best, situation.
