Ultimately, the idea behind free software is the free flow of ideas and, by
implication, that over time, the right ideas will emerge, and deeper so,
that those ideas will conform to the truth.

There's no truth in this proposal.  It's a piece of legal trickery worthy of
the m$/Ballmer Empire.
